I’ve been wanting to get into witchcraft ever since I was a kid, I just had this pulling towards it since forever and have been told I was born with my 3rd eye open. I tend to have dreams that predict small things and stuff like that as well.

I can relate to your perspective. I was raised in Bermuda since I was a baby by my mother’s Bermudian family but my great-grandmother came from Portugal. I have vivid memories of her using the “old ways” over ways that were moden and available. She used Machmacane leaves with rubbing alcohol tied to my forehead with a handkerchief to lower a fever. She made other tonics for other illness and we had a huge vegetable/herbal garden. She was a healer in my mind.
I live in Texas now land-locked. I visited the Bahamas this summer and enjoyed several amazing beach days. I can’t believe how my soul was healed by floating in the ocean and sand between my toes. I ache too like you. I hope some day we can both return to the places where parts of our spirits reside. Blessings to you.
Hi! I’m new here! I live in Scandinavia although most of my family is from the Mediterranean. My mom is a witch and although I’m new to practicing witchcraft consciously I’ve always been very intuitive and open to this kind of stuff!

Hi! My name’s Bárbara and i’m a 28-year-old bookworm from Portugal. I’ve actually been practicing for a few years here and there without even knowing it was considered witchcraft. I’ve always been fascinated by life after death and have often been drawn to people with gifts such as premonitory dreams or the ability to see/talk to spirits on the other side.
I’ve also been labeled as “too sensitive” from a young age and can sense energies when i enter a room if i’m paying attention, feel sick in large crowds etc. Yeah, I’m one of those. Don’t cry near me because I’ll definitely cry with you.
With that said, I’m excited to learn even more about this wonderful craft and chat with like minded people.

I think there are likely many people who practice everyday behaviors that could be called witchcraft. Essentially anyone who truly cares about Mother Earth and fellow human beings is compelled toward those behaviors. I can relate to the “too sensitive” thing too. I am an empath and quite frankly can’t tolerate the presence of negative people. I call them emotional vampires.

I’ve worked with my deities for almost 4 years and Im working heavily on shadow work and more recently spellwork as its all thats in my mind recently!
