OK, I have been hearing whispers. And every so often I can make out a word, but this time I made out the sentence. I was not asleep, but I wasn’t awake. I don’t know what happened. I was somewhere in Inbetween, more awake, but I don’t know zoned out I guess I don’t know. And I heard her very soothing voice, not quite a whisper at this point, say get a representative to help you. I have not a clue what that means or what it’s supposed to mean, but she was very soothing, yet very motherly almost. Are there deities that whisper??

I hear my Familiar, but only in my mind, and only when I actively listen for her… not in my ears.
If you heard “get a representative to help you” was your phone on? that sounds like customer
service to me…

Spirits and such can come through like that when you’re in a liminal state, but it’s typically not in the form of an external voice. As to what it means, well I’m not privy to what’s going on in your personal life. Perhaps there’s a conflict on the horizon where you might need a legal representative, or possibly it’s time to get a familiar. Sedim’s theory is also plausible.

I believe that you did hear something. I have visions often, but once I heard something too. I had a friend in Hawaii, that had a “head” tell her to “get out” and she DID. (her apartment was built on a Menehune trail. Menehune are the “fairy” people of Hawaii. She walked in one day, and a severed head was on the counter and told her to “get out”, so she did and never went back)
So, I DO believe you. I have no idea what it is about, but keep your eyes wide open for something that seems like it may signify trouble.

Understandable! Good move on her part. 
The first spirits I encountered as a child were native american spirits. Our neighborhood was newly built, and on the edge of a large nature reserve. My dreams were filled with them, and if I remember correctly, they weren’t all too happy about the new neighborhood. In other cultures they have the sense to appease the nature spirits first before they build a new home!

Yes, 10/10 for sure.
I’m in another discussion of UAP/UFO and the point was made that when dealing with the
unknown to always eliminate mundane causes first. Some people jump to UFO and aliens
and won’t consider anything else and that’s just as wrong as someone who insists it’s always
weather balloons and swamp gas when there’s clear evidence to the contrary. Keep mind open.
