Neat! Our Walmart here has smudge sticks too lol… it’s crazy how mainstream things have gotten!
From the picture you’ve provided for the crystals, it looks like white quartz and amethyst… but it’s a little hard to see. The stone on the top might be citrine. If you want to send pics of the stones individually, and in brighter lighting, I might have a better time identifying them.
Oh and Yerba Santa is a Southwestern bush that’s burned for cleansing and offerings. A weaker cleanser than sage, but I think it’d be more suitable for daily use because of that. Sage is very harsh to use on a daily basis, imo.
Lovely pics! The plain one in the box, if totally white, is likely a type of quartz from what I can tell.
I’m impressed, these look like pretty good quality for a place like Walmart lol. The 4th one, if you turn it in the light and it seems to have either a pearlescent or rainbow sheen it’s moonstone. I’m not totally sure about that one.
Looking at those other angles, I’m thinking that #4 is plain moonstone.
Purple Phantom is a type of quartz. It’s totally safe, but obviously be careful not to prick yourself or break off those tiny shards when you’re handling it. I’d put it on a little cushion to protect the bottom, and always pick it up from underneath. I have a blue phantom myself!
The purple phantom is the craziest inclusion here - if it’s the real deal, phantom clusters can be very expensive, and generally the darker the color, the more valuable! Mine cost me I think $130 and the base is about the size of my palm
Purple phantom is like amethyst, but with a more grounded energy and an affinity for shadow-healing/shadow-work. Blue Phantom is similar, but it’s energy is more for emotional healing.
(Note how light the coloration is in those examples - your stone is very rare for how dark it is!)
The fact that yours is so dark might make it especially attuned to grounding, protection and shadow-work. Crazy. It should serve you well! I love my phantom.
I bought a lotus tea-light candle holder at wal-mart for $1 and I buy my little tea-light candles there. They burn for about 4 hours, which is great. I make my supplications after I awake in the morning and then keep the candle until it goes out later in the morning.
If anyone knows of this store, 5 Below, wow…you’ll walk in to look, and walk out spending $40 easy. But they have some smudges, spell jars, they have a small occult section in the back of the store.
