spells for: love, money, luck or abundance, healing, protection, banishing, binding, and hexing.
LOVE:
Depends on your intention - To enforce the love you already have with that special someone is great. To bring love into your life can be ok unless you get too picky. To force a certain someone to fall in love with you IMHO is a major no no and should never be done. You should never bend the will of another person to suit your own needs when it comes to love. Wording is everything in any spell but when casting love spells it even more so. You could cast a spell to cause that guy or gal to question rather they have feelings for you and word it such a way that they find a need to let you know what their feelings are for you but I wouldn’t push it beyond that point.
MONEY:
Who couldn’t use more money-right? When casting a spell for money, wording still matters. Lottery-good luck with that one, even with the best of spells it’s still the decision of lady-luck. It’s great to cast a spell to find a better paying job or move up in the one you might already have. Should you word your spell wrong the change you create may hurt someone else. A person with the job title you want may die, or someone may die leaving you a heap of insurance money. We never cast a spell to harm anyone. With that being said - there are exceptions to every rule.
PROTECTION-BANISHING-HEXING:
Protection - means just that, we cast a spell for our own protection or the protection of someone we know and love. We or someone we know are planning a road trip and we wish them or us to get where we are going and back safely. We are having trouble at home/school/gym or at work from someone that appears to have it out for us for reasons unknown to us, we cast a spell forcing them to stay away from us, to leave us alone.
Banishing - this also means just what it says. It’s the next step in protection. If for whatever reason the protection spell you cast won’t stop someone troubling you, banish their sorry butt. Don’t do them any harm…if possible but remove them from your life all together. This can be anyone, a co-worker, a boss, an x-husband or wife.
Hexing - Again IMHO this is when enough becomes enough and someone will not listen to reason that we force our will on them making them leave us alone. This can be done in many ways and should not be taken lightly. For every action there is a reaction.

Love spells are tricky as hell for a lot of reasons - you mentioned a few. I generally don’t advise them.
Right, Protection spells don’t push people away - they just create a “buffer-zone” between you and the other person. If the person leaves after doing a protection spell, that’s their independent choice - not the result of your spell. Banishing does push people away - hence the name.
Hexing is never acceptable in my tradition and moral framework.
