Merry Meet ! Aside from focusing on witchcraft , I have always been obsessed with the spiritual realm and spirit communication . I do not fear it in anyway and I have had paranormal encounters before . I’ve worked on strengthening my clairs but the main reason I’m even working on my clairs aside to build my intuition is so I can soon reach a point to where I see spirits with my physical eyes whether it be shadow people , apparitions , phantoms , etc or even externally hear spirits . The reason being not only does it make me feel like I can be confident in calling myself a medium , I have adhd and severe ocd so my mind confuses what is my internal dialogue vs imagination or what is a spirit trying to come through whether it be through sending mental images, colors, sounds, words, etc . If anyone can help I would really appreciate it . I’ve been working on my mediumship for years but I still have not gotten to a point to where the spirits i’m seeing or hearing are actually clear to me and to where I am able to confidently identify that this is a spirit I am communicating with or is trying to communicate with me whether than lying to myself because i know i want the answer to be a yes when in reality it was just my imagination which then causes me to end up feeling like a fraud .

Same kind of issues with my Familiar. Try Automatic Writing. When you read it back later,
you can see it’s not your thoughts. Seeing is a tall order, but it’s possible in your peripheral
vision if you practice. Not likely to see them looking right at them. You can find on youtube:
