Regarding Tarot cards, the Minor Arcana of Wands perceived as the element of Fire has a mistake. The other name is Flowers. Associated with Air. Yes. Otherwise we will destroy the Flowers. Then the Swords will be associated with Fire. Logical, right?

Yes, tarot is the cosmos trying to let us know what is going on. I see the major arcana as aspects that will/are happening, or unchangeable and unavoidable things that must be dealt with.
Some of the same type of cards appear in the minor arcana but I see those as something that you will be able to have influence over.
Example…Death card, people see as scary, means that something has to “die” before something new can arrive. A necessary step.
Whereas the 10 of Swords can also signal a death, but this is a card where you have an active, participatory role, not just a watch and deal with it attitude.
I see the Major Arcana as a necessary step, whereas the Minor Arcana is more of guide as to what may happen that you will have the ability to affect the outcome.

Thank you for the wonderful letter. I absolutely agree with you. The Major Arcana are something that is connected with the absolute Spiritual World. It will happen, this is Karma that is seen through the Archetypes. How the Event will proceed is not determined here is the Freedom of the Personality. Here, very carefully, we can direct the Event along the best possible Path. However, we must not forget Karma, it is absolutely accurate and unchangeable. With the Minor Arcana we can direct the personality towards good events.

yes, Tihom, I understand how translations do not always convey what is being said. I live on the border US/Mex. and my husband is Mexican. I see the difference in translations all the time.
One of my favorite movies, Titanic, I first saw in Mexico. It was dubbed over in Spanish, while I was also reading the subtitles. That translation was pretty good.

I am glad to read your letter. In my opinion, there are no bad or good cards in Tarot. I read how you understand Death as a card, it is precisely this that represents a new beginning.
Back in Austria, where I lived, I bought a book with pictures and Sentences.
One was “A life without death would be a life without hope.”
Hence the connection with Tarot.
I consider myself the Fool of Tarot. Look carefully at the card, what a lucky man, God. A beautiful card.

Okay, pulled out the Fool for an in-depth look. Well, he is carefree for sure, he’s about to step off the cliff and is unaware of it. Nice companion at his feet, happy. Love the sun, and he his a light traveler. Tells me he is not worries about what’s next, has the faith that all will be good. I love it!!
The card that has always spoken to me is 8 Strength. I always see gentle strength, not brute strength. She is gently opening the mouth of the lion, and he is letting her. Hmmmm, kind of like the turtle and the hare. It is not always the obvious we should look at.
