My first ever tarot deck arrived

My deck of beginner tartot cards arrived.

It is a beginners deck with only the major cards within.

Now to do some reading of the book that came with the cards, and eventually start using them.

Nice. I’m still using the same Rider-Waite deck from the early 70’s. I feel I still am learning from it.

I treat it as what some theorize about Tarot, that it’s an ancient, unbound, book of Archetypes.

The cards are really nice. A lot of decks I have looked at in the past just haven’t appealed to me, so I was happy to buy this one when I saw a preview of the cards.

Well, I have 5 tarot decks, just saw what Lenormand :flower_playing_cards: decks are. They look so much easier to understand. I actually ordered 2, today. A mini-deck with very simple pictures (like in a baby book, house, flower….) and a Thelema deck, beautiful artwork and easy to “read”. Waiting for them, like I said, just ordered it this afternoon, from Amazon. Supposed to arrive by Wednesday.:smiley:

oops, as for my Tarot decks, I have 4: 3 RWS decks, 1 mini, 1 large, and 1 that is a “starter” deck with meanings written on it; and I also love the artwork on my Earth Woman deck, I haven’t started working with it yet, because I am still working on reading my other cards. :wink:
