How can i get candle wax off of a crystal?

Blessed be fellow witches! I had a mishap not long ago with a protection candle (i have my cat to thank, he flipped it on its side!) I had a few crystals around it, and one got covered in wax. I was bummed because its one im very connected to (a tumbled flourite). Is there any safe way for me to be able to get the wax off it or is it doomed? Lol thank you

There are a couple ways you might consider removing the wax: 1. peel it off, 2. place on an oven-proof plate in your oven at 250 deg F and warm it enough to wipe it off, 3. place it on a couple paper towels and leave it in bright sunlight, and finally 4. place the crystal in boiling water until you start to see little globs of melted wax on the water’s surface.

Note - none of the above methods are 100% guaranteed to completely remove the wax but they should go a long way to removing a significant portion of it. You may need to apply one or two times, or try more than one method.

BTW, this message took 2x longer than usual to write as my feline pal decided that my hands belonged on her and not the keyboard.
