I was pretty big into witchblr (witchcraft tumblr, for those not in the know ;p) when it was huge, and recently I was scrolling back through my old blog and found a couple of interesting posts. I thought I might periodically dredge up old posts and share them here, to see what yall think of them and potentially share some information!
The two posts I want to share today both have to do with tarot. What do we think? is this good information, or overly simplistic? Are yall interested in seeing more posts from my almost-10-year-old tumblr? There’s a lot of really interesting stuff there imo, from half decent witch tips to really silly posts that are emblematic of what witchblr was like back in 2016-2018

huh that’s really weird, don’t know why that would be happening. Are you on mobile maybe and it’s trying to open in the tumblr app? (though idk why that would happen lmao just tossing out possibilities :p)
I am on mobile… that’s a possibility. When I click on them it takes me to a “checking your browser” page with a permanently spinning wheel of death LOL.
I’ll try them again later on my PC and see if that fixes it lol…

What the hell!? I took the “shields” down on my browser to see if that would fix it and it took me to some weird page that says “Rate Exceeded - contact your ISP and report what led to this event.” With nothing else on the page.
Obviously fake because I was able to go back and load a new page. I know for a fact it’s not possible for me to “exceed my rate” because I have an unlimited data plan!
Now I really wonder if my PC is going to be better. Perhaps the gods don’t want me to click on those links LOL. I’ll get back to you.
yikes!! I promise i didn’t link to any malware or anything!! maybe i’ll post screenshots of the posts instead? that’s really strange!

It must be a Tumblr thing. EDIT: They work fine on Firefox for me.
However, if anyone’s worried let me recommend: malwarebytes_browser_guard
Used it for years, better than AV as it blocks bad stuff before it can even download.

Opening them on my PC worked. That was really weird lol. (Probably just a Tumblr thing…)
I think the questions you posted are good. Some may not give the most useful readings, but if you’re not paying a lot of money and you want a casual reading, anything goes really.
“My parents are visiting. Where should we go for breakfast tomorrow?”
“Will people think of me badly if I wear this dress at the prom?” lol…
It’s only when the subject of the reading is more serious that that you want to be mindful about how you ask the question. There are also certain subjects that are considered forbidden for readers due to legal and/or ethical reasons…
Oh and that’s a handy mnemonic! I might keep that. lol!
