Wow, Thank-you Wren,:open_mouth:, everyone tells me to be quiet, but, truth is the truth and past is the past, I can’t change it, I can only hope to learn something, but either way, I have to move forward. Why have any issues or animosity when things change. You know the saying, the only constant is change itself. So, gotta move forward.

Thank-you for listening. I realized this has worked for me as a sounding board. Even though I live in the city, Las Vegas, Nevada, I really have no one whom I am able to confide in. What is really weird is what they always say, it’s easier to spill your guts on the internet, then in person, but I don’t have any persons here to confide in.

Terrific Tuesday Tarot Talkers,

I pulled 3 cards and it actually fit all three quite cleanly and clearly.

2 Cups-relationship (my marriage)

Knight of Pentacles-dependability

5 Hierophant-societal rules

I need to decide if this marriage works for me (self), and am I able to depend (pentacles) on this marriage (the central idea of a partnership, dependability), and how much does the view of societal rules (institutions) need I really worry about?

So, wow, this was exactly, positively, to-the-point of the conclusions I have been reaching this past week.

And, as Moonbeam mentioned my sharing…hey, I don’t mind at all, thank y’all for listening to this. Y’all have been my sounding board and looking back, I am able to see the growth I have made this year.

I forgot where I posted it, but my growth this year has been following the Wheel.

Ostara, I started to emerge from my cocoon as the butterfly and came to new life.

Summer came, and I am maturing, I feel myself moving on already.

Lammas, the first harvest, seems to be the first harvest of the new me.

To continue with the Knights.

Since Pages represent the beginnings of their suits, such as the child-like stages, that means that the Knights are the teens/young adults with the energy that encompasses that.

Knight of Swords–inquisitive–ambition, fast-thinking, detail oriented (Air–Mind/Intellect)

Knight of Wands–energy–adventure, fearless, self-confident (Fire–Action)

Knight of Cups–charm–romance, sensitivity, knight-in-shining-armor (Water–Emotion)

Knight of Pentacles–dependability–hard-work, responsible (Earth–Tangibles)

This is a quick cover of the Knights of the Tarot.

Tantalizing Tuesday,

Just for fun, how about a question with a Knight?

Where will I be able to find truth today?
Knight of Wands–energy, adventure, fearlessness, self confidence.

The truth will be found as I remain fearless and move forward with energy and not hesitation today.

How does that work out? Any other interpretations?

Witchy Wednesday, (though Tuesday night :melting_face:)

For Wednesday, we will tackle the Queens.

Let me start by saying that with the Queens and Kings many are interpretations related to gender. Queens being mother (think nurturing, caring…grandma) and King are considered the Alpha male. He sees the whole whatever. I tend to think of Kings as CEO.

This is in NOOOO means gender specific. Think of Queens as the mother/nurturing aspect and Kings the Daddy Knows Best, type attitude.

That said, let us work with the Queens.

Queen of Swords (Air-Mind/Intellect)–perceptive–unbiased judgement, direct communication. She looks as if the sword may be between her eyes, indicating that she is not biased in how she is looking at things. Yes, she has her hand out as in invitation. So, that makes her judgments feel as if they are fair and that she sees everything equally.

Queen of Wands (Fire-Action)–confident–courageous, independent. This Queen (even though it looks like youthful man to me) has a sunflower next to the throne, I see it as glowing, strenght and confidence. She is willing to back up the actions needed to defend (action, FIRE) her position.

Queen of Cups (Water-Emotion)–nurture seems obvious, compassion, comfort, emotional stability

Queen of Pentacles (Earth-Tangibles)–this one I find hard to describe, she is comforting but in a physical way. I do not know a modern example, but Walton’s mother, Mrs. Cunninham on Happy Days, June Cleaver on Leave It to Beaver, Mrs. Carol Brady on Brady Buncg…think of your quintessential, perfect mother from TV, that is the Queen of Pentacles.

Witchy Wednesday Everyone,

July 15–Who should I help today? (a lending hand, a shoulder to lean on)

I decided on 1 card so as not to have confusion on who. Pulled 6 Cups, a nostalgic card, happy memories, familiarity, innocence.

Yep, my nephew. I do not know what will happen, but I guess he is the one who will need support today.

[why him? he is naive, living with us, first time on his own and in a different country, whatever will happen I need to make sure that he has happy memories of the time here…he is soooooo innocent, even though he is 27—don’t know the politically correct word…slow, retarded, downs, but not quite that bad…but…he did not know how to serve himself dinner :scream: …so husband and this…not fun!!!]

Just venting all, you’re my sounding board to be able to see what is going on.

Thoughtful Thursday,

To finish up the cards the Kings are next. I like to think of the Kings as the Head of the Department, their suit.

King of Swords–Air, Intellect/Mind–logical I use the most, head over heart, clarity, truth, discipline of the mind.

King of Wands–Fire, Action–Big Picture, I see him as the director seeing all the action, other words, focused, leader, overcoming challenges.

King of Cups–Water, Emotion–charisma–I use this word because it encompasses the other keywords given, such as, emotionally balanced, control, empathy.

King of Pentacles–Earth, Tangibles–CEO–he runs the whole company, other keywords are leadership, security, discipline, abundance.

The tarot question for today, Thursday the 16–How can I stay grounded today?

I think a 1 card pull is good today. The 8 of Cups. Interesting, we see the man making a conscious decision to go forward. To stay grounded, I need to realize that disappointment and moving on are sometimes necessary. There is water ahead, signifying life, with the moon having a calm presence. Today won’t be so bad. Just take it one step at a time.

I love the next card I will draw. I am sure that I win in advance. I have never gambled and I never will. That is why I always win. I offer humble requests to God Dagda the Good God who is also the God of the Game. I love this Game of the Gods.

I am glad this worked out. I was not sure if I was able to make sense and/or have any participation. Thank-you so much Wren for helping me to get this off the ground. I think this is the third time I have tried this year to get a Tarot thread going.
I will go ahead and continue with this.

Again, thank-you. I am thinking of going into 1-card pulls. I’m off to Thursday Free Bingo at Arizona Charlie’s and errands (bus, takes forever), so I will probably be “device-free” for about the next 6 hours or so.
