I have no contact with my biological mother she SA’d my siblings and I; the legal system is doing nothing about it because it is classified as historical SA even though there’s even a video she posted on YouTube of my little brother being SA’d and she says that she is wrestling him.
I got out of the situation and started living with my biological father. This woman has been virtually stalking me since the times of myspace. She has been steal photos of myself and posting VERY crude things about me. Once I got married in 2021 she stalked and stole wedding photos that my photographer had posted on an Instagram reel. She uses AI to animate the photos of my husband and I. She has recently taken an Instagram reel (where it is the back of my daughter) she is running to a park with her teddy bear. It was for the company that I purchased the Bear from for her. My Instagram is private. Facebook (I barely use it) the posts are for friends only. I have a crafting account and I don’t post my daughter‘s face on it, maybe her hands grabbing a toy. She did steal a photo that my husband made as his profile photo from January 1st, 2024. And it has been brought to my attention that she has been slandering us even more.
I live in Canada, and if you live in separate provinces the legal system won’t allow you to put a restraining order on the person because you’re not at risk for physical harm. And they don’t want to help.
So I have drawn a line when it involves my 2 year-old child. I am honestly very distraught by this. And I don’t know where to begin, I want to hex her for all the wrong she has done and continues to do. I do not know where to begin. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.
