I have no contact with my biological mother she SA’d my siblings and I; the legal system is doing nothing about it because it is classified as historical SA even though there’s even a video she posted on YouTube of my little brother being SA’d and she says that she is wrestling him.
I got out of the situation and started living with my biological father. This woman has been virtually stalking me since the times of myspace. She has been steal photos of myself and posting VERY crude things about me. Once I got married in 2021 she stalked and stole wedding photos that my photographer had posted on an Instagram reel. She uses AI to animate the photos of my husband and I. She has recently taken an Instagram reel (where it is the back of my daughter) she is running to a park with her teddy bear. It was for the company that I purchased the Bear from for her. My Instagram is private. Facebook (I barely use it) the posts are for friends only. I have a crafting account and I don’t post my daughter‘s face on it, maybe her hands grabbing a toy. She did steal a photo that my husband made as his profile photo from January 1st, 2024. And it has been brought to my attention that she has been slandering us even more.
I live in Canada, and if you live in separate provinces the legal system won’t allow you to put a restraining order on the person because you’re not at risk for physical harm. And they don’t want to help.
So I have drawn a line when it involves my 2 year-old child. I am honestly very distraught by this. And I don’t know where to begin, I want to hex her for all the wrong she has done and continues to do. I do not know where to begin. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t work hexes, so can’t advise your there, but I am a big fan of binding spells and sometimes I leave out parts where the target can not harm themselves through there own actions oops 
But I do find writing my own spells works, especially if your intent is strong.
If you have something of hers that can really connect her to the spell and a photo of her, you are well on your way.

There are two options here. Depending on how dark you want to get.
First would be a souring jar. I reccomend doing a very thorugh cleansing before and after. You are going to want to put the jar in a hidden dark space. Ocaasionally retrieve it and shake it up just to cycle the energy and manifestational intent alive so to speak.
Secondly would be to do a banishing ritual. The foundation of its success is toed into your ability to RELEASE it. This is especially helpful if you have the ability to turn away from it and not feed anymore energy into it.
So really, it depends on if you want to keep stirring it up or if you want to bind them and let the ancestors do their work.

Unfortunately I do not have advice. I had a similar problem (when myspace was the thing) and had NO social media or any attention in any way. I had to wait until my last child was grown. Now, I can participate here. It was my mother also. Now that my daughter is dead and my son is grown and married to a woman from India, my mother has no desire to disrupt my life.
So, I cannot give you advice, just tell you how I had to deal with it.
Maybe try some knot spells. They are not bad or hexes, but they are binding which has the same result of being left alone.
That would be my only advice.

Wow she is persistent and sounds like a narcissist. I understand your desire completely. I guess moving to the USA or another country with better laws could give you the legal edge you need over her - or provide enough of a deterrent for her to leave you alone, but I know that would be a huge task.
Perhaps make an account at DeleteMe or a similar site to remove your information online. It’s also possible (like with your Instagram) that she may have “weaponized” one of your friends against you and that’s how she’s gaining access to your photos.

Hexing goes against my moral code, but there may still be options for you - binding like what Red suggested, karmic balancing spells, petitioning a deity, etc.

If you need to talk about SA please contact me. It is of my opinion that there is no help. But I would like to help. In summary, a hex won’t help. This happened to me - and I also have tremendous guilt for a 16 year old admitting this to me; At the time I advised the usual- tell your parents, the reply was I can’t. I became a social worker much later, and realized- I was trying to help myself. Please - let’s talk about it…
