Hi, I’m still fairly new at witchcraft/wiccan. I’ve performed a few personal protection spells and made a variety of spell jars for various things. But I need to know the best way to rid my daughter of this manipulative, deceitful and controlling “husband”. Technically they’re not married, but he has to go! He has convinced her that no one should come before him except God himself. My daughter and I use to be extremely close, now we barely speak. She use to be full of life and laughter and always smiling. Now she just sits in their bedroom with their 3 week old baby day after day after day, while he runs the streets and comes home at all hours of the night. So please if anyone can help me or give me some tips or pointers on how to break this “spell” he has on her it will be greatly appreciated.

Before magick, I would get her out of the house. Not for physical protection, but mental protection. If she is having post-partum depression, than remaining in that situation will destroy her. Now, that said, I LOVE knot spells for binding and/or banishing. Very Simple. Get a rope, sash, even a shoelace, if that is the only thing available. Make 3 knots. Make your rhyme as you tie each knot. Example. Knot of one, my will be done (tie one end as you say this)….Knot of two, he is through (tie knot in middle)…knot of three, this is come to be (tie 3rd knot at other end)…..literally “sleep on it” for 3 nights. Under your pillow, in the pillowcase, my favorite, between the mattress and box springs. After 3 nights, you undo the knots with rhyme again with each untying. Example…Knot of one, it is done (untie)…knot of two, it has come true (untie)…knot of three, so mote it be (untie). I have only used it three times, but have seen IMMEDIATE results. From next day to 3 days. And the problems I banished, were no longer there. I hope this can help you.

In such situations, I would focus on her health, strength, and empowerment. I’m always fond of spelljars for such purposes. I’d cleanse with salt, add rose pedals, and rose quartz to encourage her self-love while focussing on memories of when she showed strength and confidence. Perhaps make a small one you can hold, and feel a connection to her. It would offer a direction to send your intension and energy into.
