Hello everyone. Im new to all this, i have always been into magic since i was a little kid. I never really practiced magic only because i never had anyone to show me or teach me. Im all alone in this and i am trying to find help. I really want to start using magic. I have been looking up ways to awaken my magic as i am a beginner. If anyone could please reach out and help me i would really love it.

I could try to help, but just going to say this now, I’m a lycanthrope with very little knowledge on anything that isn’t a slightly painful ritual or spell.
Thats fine. Ill take whatever help i can. Im new to all of this. Magic has always been a part of me. I know what i want to achieve which is, at some point i want to learn to practice dragon magic. Dragon are my life. I love them. But i know that i need to start from the beginning, from the buttom. I want to know how to even awaken and how to start using my magic. I have never had anyone to teach or show me anything.

I eccel at blood rituals and using souls to… well… stop or slow my death and the death of others. I’d rather die before I lose control.
If I were to lose control… welp, only genocide on full moons, blood moons, and lunar eclipses.
Is there any blood magic that can help me with getting my magic to be awaken?

Welcome to your exploration and search for insight and understanding Magick.
Magick as in all things energy. The goal is to be able to work with that energy manifesting effectiveness of one’s Magick.
Some people are born Natural Witches and the Magick is already inside and ready to work. Fortunately these people are very rare. I think it would be an unwelcoming and unhealthy world if all could manifest their thoughts and desires into reality.
As in all energy Magick has both negative and positive force (Light &Dark Magick). Essential what one is doing with their Will, Determination and Intent is shaping the energy of Existence into their intended form. That being said this is not an easy feat to achieve. First one must identify the energy of their intende results. Many assign deities to this energy. Being able to do this requires some time and careful observance of the World and its’ workings so the individual energies can be recognized and worked with. This takes some time and concerted effort but trust me; the first time you see even the slightest manifestation of your thoughts you will be stoked. One does not have to produce extraordinary and massive results for Magick to be joyously fulfilling. Your reaching out to a forum such as this for insight from others of a like mind is a perfect way to fine tune the Magick you have felt all your life. But as in Physics. For every energy there is an equal and opposite energy. When reaching out for advice and guidance always look inside yourself to find if the guidance and advice suits you and your Path. Please stay away from the ‘Quick Fix’. In using unhealthy and dangerous practices, one is more susceptible to the influence of the Dark Energies. This is especially true for newer practitioners.
Welcome to your search for the Magick that has always been a part of your life. An honest sincere and loving search will give amazing satisfaction and pleasure.
One more thing…Let the advice of no one concerning your Path and Magick move you into doing a thing that your Heart and Spirit know are wrong for you. Even this posting.

I agree with this post, I’m not trying to get you into using blood rituals, I’m just stating that it’s the type that I have had mastered for years. You have always had the choice of how to practice your energy.
But to answer your question, I know of one that I practice once a week, that being mentally calling out to recently passed souls that would be willing to make a deal. I’d help them if they’d help me in return. It takes a slight bit longer than blood rituals, but it never hurts, it just feels strange when first starting out, like you can feel them around you. Like an aura, others can sense it too, only a few can though.
But with blood rituals you can substitute blood for diluted iron extract, it’s what makes our blood red, If you don’t have that, just wait until you accidentally cut yourself, if you’re too desperate, then a small puncture wound suffices, just MAKE SURE THAT THE POINT IS SANITIZED. Tetanus is gained from any puncture wound that the blade/pointy object had the required tetanus bacteria on it, it doesn’t actually matter if it’s rusty or not.
How does working with soul work? I heard of a lot but not that.
Here’s an example that I have in my room: an altar on my dresser that is a map for a personal pirate chest I made (and put valuables in, then buried) that has ancient coins from hundreds of years ago, from the Pirate Age, surrounding the map. I put crystals on the corners, and ask those souls to charge the crystals. It has made my hobby of scrapping broken electronics and mechanical pieces into tools and weapons. Axes, pickaxes, hammers, gunpowder, many different types of explosives, guns, etc. The altar has made it so that I was lucky enough to make a pound of black powder without actual tools, just a handcrafted wooden rod and a few stones.

I have practiced the magickal arts for many years and know how important it is to clearly define within yourself and to the universe at large exactly what you hope to accomplish, how you mean to do it, and more importantly, why. I don’t think anyone should attempt magick in any form until being a proper person, properly prepared. Re-read the words of wisdom that Severin shared with you. Any experienced practitioner can tell you that when you cast magick out into the universe you may not get the response you expect. The universe answers without concern for the consequences - those are yours. It is difficult offering specifics not knowing where you are on your path, but reading everything you can and asking questions for clarification is a really good start. Bright blessings.
