I am new, and hoping I’m posting in the right place. Very sorry if not!
I’m going through a fair bit right now, trying to support a loved one through terminal cancer and there are some rather toxic people around making life difficult.
I’m entering the world of magic because I’ve always felt close to animals and nature and have recently had a holistic calling with crystals, reiki, runes and pendulums and am going with it.
I guess my question or concern is, whilst I don’t want to enter into curses or hexes, I can’t help feeling like these people should get some sort of justice for their behaviour. (Full grown adults I might add). And why is it happening that such a good and lovely person is suffering this terrible fate and they get to behave the way they do?
I’ve been trying to focus on healing spells and sending healing energy out, but I can’t deny the urge to focus “elsewhere” is getting stronger. Is this wrong? Right? Ok? Not ok? I feel rather lost.

I’d keep on doing what you do and support the loved one and wait for the universe and Karma to
deal with the others or at least until the passing not let energy and time be wasted on them now.

You post a very valid concern!! I lost my only daughter to stage 4 cancer in 5 weeks of finding out. So, I completely know where you are coming from!
As for your supplications…I understand how your feelings want to turn onto these people who are not supporting…however, look, that it is probably your anger at the situation picking a focus to let go of the rage. That being said, only you know the situation. At this juncture of hieghtened emotions, I would suggest something as simple as a knot spell; for binding. To bind them from releasing their negativity, and also to bind those negative energies before they reach you. If you wish, PM me and I can recommend a binding/knot spell.
And to your last, is it “wrong, right, okay, not okay?” I am of the persuasion, that binding is NOT wrong, it protects your spirit without harming theirs. I do not see is as a hex, or negative. I actually see it as a positive, because you are protecting yourself and your space!!

Your reply was beautiful and a little “coincidental” on the phoenix front as its being tattooed on me on Friday! I would love to learn about binding as it potentially sounds like a safe and good path if only for my own soul.

Im so sorry for what you are going through. While emotions are high, binding (like what @Sedim_Haba said above) and protection are good. If you feel like you dont have the energy to do much, at least imagine yourself in a protective bubble. Visualize it starting at your feet then closing in around you and closing up at the top of your head. Imagine it being like a mirror on the outside of the bubble, where negativity from others simly reflects off and doesnt touch you. May you have the blessings of peace during this time.

Thank you so much, I do feel like the universe is against me. In the last couple of months (whilst supporting my loved one), I’ve severely torn the cartilage in my knee and either re-agrivated previously herniated discs in my back or herniated new ones! Clearly the balance has been upset somewhere!

I just thought, you might try a burning spell also. In your sacred space, write down who/what is bothering you. As you write, state why you need this gone. Put all your intentions and thoughts into that paper. When you are ready, tear it up and burn it in your cauldron. Don’t have one, use an ashtray, pan if necessary. If you do not want to burn, then bury it deep so the elements will “eat it up” and it will not bother you anymore.
