Help with my Astral projection

Ive been trying to astral project lately so i can incorperate it with my nightly rituals and other things. i know it only happens with ALOT of practice, ( and maybe if your just gifted). whenever i try i just fall asleep does anybody have any tips to help me reach my goal.

Im also scared that when i actually do it i get locked out of my earthly body and im just a ghost and my real body is in a coma :sob: :anxious_face_with_sweat:

( also found a lil joke when i was scrolling through tips: " when you find out you can study in your lucid dreams so sleeping dosent become wasted time again" Straight A Maxxing here, lol)

I don’t AP but I do know the first step can be Lucid Dreaming, get comfortable with that first I’ve heard.

I’m trying a relatively low dose of B6 tonight to help with that actually. I’ll let you know how that goes.

EDIT: Turns out, getting the right dose is going to be tricky. Medical recommendation is no more

than 100mg and that’s tops or you get nerve damage no joke. They sell it in 100mg pills.

I chopped one into 25mg quarters and took one of those, nothing remarkable happened.

ive also tried lucid dreaming but my adhd brain always forget abt it and then i just fall asleep normally, i cant even take any pills for my adhd(or any pill that isnt tylenol) because my parents dont belive in mental disorder

They probably believe in mental disorders they just refuse to believe THEIR child has one.

A third party like a doctor or school councilor may change their mind, but no amount of self-

diagnosis on your part ever will. You can’t take vitamins even? Sheesh. Well, start with a

dream journal is what most people recommend. I’m working on this as well, not easy for sure.

well actually they said it to my face " mental disorder aint real, just pray to god and jesus, that will heal you" and for vitamins “normal food is the only vitamin u need”:sob: :face_with_bags_under_eyes:

and for the dream journal part, i think ill try that out, but most of my nights my dreams are litterally just nothing.

That’s awful, G-d forbid you actually get sick. Since I’m still working on my own dreams,

one thing I can recommend is youtube. Lots of vids about how to Lucid Dream on there.

Got results at 50mg (1/2 of a 100mg pill) very vivid dreams. I think that’s the key for Lucid

Dreaming, a dream you are more fully, mentally engaged in. Got close a couple of nights ago.

Of course, there’s more to that like visualization and other mental set-ups before sleep.

Like most of this stuff I’m new to techniques and look to youtube ‘how-tos’ for help.
