Hello everyone I recently have been having several health issues and someone in my life has put a hex or curse on me that I’ve been told it must be real in 6 years since this happened I have become completely different not only health wise but my physical appearance is to me disgusting I can’t look in the mirror everything that could happen has happened luckwise I’m at a point where I’m desperate I’ve had thoughts about suicide I’m depressed I really need help if anybody can help me find peace I would be so thankful
I’m going to give you mundane advice first:
- If you’re feeling suicidal, seek professional help. If you don’t have a therapist, tell your doctor and they can give you local recommendations your insurance will cover. If it’s severe, dial your national or local suicide prevention hotline. Don’t downplay your mental health!

Because you mentioned thoughts of suicide, the most important thing right now is your immediate safety. If you feel like you might hurt yourself or you are in immediate danger, please call emergency services now or go to the nearest ER. If you are in the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You do not have to be actively attempting suicide to use it. It is there for moments like this.
Also, because you’re describing serious health changes, depression, and distress about your appearance, please reach out to a doctor or mental health professional as soon as possible.
Spiritual support can be good, but it should not replace medical or mental health care, especially when your safety is involved.
From a spiritual perspective, we can talk about grounding, cleansing, protection, meditation and ways to feel more peaceful, but I don’t want anyone here to tell you with certainty that you are cursed or that your health problems are caused by a hex. That can make fear worse when what you deserve right now is support, stability, and real help.
For tonight, please do one immediate thing: contact 988, a trusted person, a doctor, or emergency services. You deserve help from people who can stay with you through this safely.
