You will need a quart-sized jar.
(or adjust the quantity of the ingredients according to how much you want)
Ingredients:
-1 medium onion, chopped
-10 cloves of garlic, chopped
-2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
-lemon zest & juice
-1/2 cup of grated ginger root
-1/2 cup of grated horse radish root
-1 tbsp turmeric powder
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper powder
-2 tbsp dried rosemary
-Apple cider vinegar
-1/2 cup of raw honey
Directions:
- Prepare ingredients (except for honey and apple cider vinegar) and place them in a quart-sized jar.
- Pour apple cider vinegar into the jar until it reaches the top of the jar.
- When you screw the lid back on, place a piece of parchment paper under the lid to keep the vinegar from leaking.
- Shake well.
- store in a cool, dark place and shake daily.
- After at least a month, strain out the chunky stuff and add honey.
