For those who are not sure…..this is to hone your skills in “reading”, or interpreting, the tarot. A question will apply to each day, with a week at a time posted here. Feel free to use whatever layout feels comfortable to you.
For the “newbies”, not difficult at all…………..you can use a 1 card pull to answer the daily question and that is a great way to learn/feel comfortable with the deck/cards.
I usually use a 3 card pull, 1st card, the subject of the question (theme)…card to the left, either, before or cause of the theme, then card to the right of the theme card, likely/possible outcome if these actions/thoughts continue.
So, questions for February 8 (Sunday) to February 14 (Saturday) are such:
Feb-8–Where should I place/direct my attention?
Feb-9–Is last pull/card my inspiration or not?
Feb-10–Meditate on your intent–pull 1 card and that is your focus today
Feb-11–How should I “water” my thought/intention?
Feb-12–What glow (sunshine/wands/action/direction) does my intent need?
I made a 1 card pull, the Page of Wands. My last pull was Page of Pentacles. Both are messengers. Yesterday, where should I direct my attention, in my adventure for life, that needs my attention, so today, is what needs my attention at the moment also my inspiration? Page of Wands, is a positive card, so yes, my adventure for life IS also my inspirations along with the Page of Wands telling me to explore….same as adventure.
So, a resounding YES….Adventure and Exploration are my attention AND inspiration for this month (year?).
My intent today is to be giving. Giving of what? Well, I have very little, so I need to give of my attention and time. (stop being so focused on what I am doing at the moment, and give attention to the others in the home).
So, I need to pay attention to the “needs/attentions” of those around me today.

Mindfully walking away from trouble, and not getting involved, to show that I am dependable, but also spend time thinking about what I really need to be angry about.
I used a 3-card pull today, 2 cups (relationships)—8 swords (self-entrapment)—King pentacles (practicality)—-
My narrative turned out like this—-What “glow” does my intent need?–To work on this relationship at home, I have to stop creating barriers for myself, and realize that issues need to be solved in a practical manner (don’t think it’s MY fault, all the time). My glow, is my craft, even though my husband thinks it’s a “faze” (it isn’t), so I need to stop making walls around myself (self-protection, or self-entrapment?), and approach this situation in a practical sense, instead of trying to “hide” it.

I made a 3 card pull; middle card - theme, cards on L and R. modifiers on theme.
I pulled 4-Emperor-authority/leadership; 10 Wheel of Fortune - completeness; 9 Pentacles - reward
I found the narrative to be like this: By proceeding with authority and leadership (as opposed to yesterday, of creating self-boundaries), life will come to a fruition (completeness), and the reward with contentment/fulfillment.
Doesn’t look too good for me today, but I will keep this in my mind. Lady Gene
I pulled 8 Swords (self-entrapment)—2 Cups (partnership)—King Cups (head before heart)
In keeping with yesterday, my seed (taking my authority back) today’s theme, how do I nurture this event (taking my authority back).
For this partnership to work (2 cups) I need to stop creating barriers for myself (stop holding myself back-(8 Swords), and think with my head (K Cups)….stop following emotions, and by looking at the big picture, choose the logical choice not the feel-good choice.
This seems to follow yesterday, and things are still in progress () here in my corner of the world.
