So what is everyone’s fave form of divination? It seems to me that most people prefer tarot! I haven’t started this practice yet, but I’m interested. I have the beginner’s traditional Rider/Waite but Im also curious about runestones. Does anyone here divine with items other than tarot?

I’ve enjoyed the simplicity of dowsing/pendulum work, and tarot can be extremely useful, but ornithomancy comes very naturally to me, and is what I find myself using the most. I find people don’t talk about it very much!

I use a black mirror, a small mirror I got from my grandmother, three different pendulums, and three different spheres, as well as my cards, and my bag of bones. I use whichever one I feel drawn to for a particular divination. I also use divining rods when the situation calls for it. The power of divination comes from the individual, not the tool, so I think it is most important for one to be familiar with and comfortable using whichever tool or tools they feel drawn to.

My grandmother likes tarot, my mother likes pendulum work and I enjoy combining numerology and palmistry

Hi. I’m just curious if many of you do charm casting. A friend of mine is releasing a book about it in November and I’m feeling so drawn to it.
