Ooops, forgot to open this up…

Summer was not as hot as I expected and Autumn is arriving early. Does this mean we’re gonna have a hard winter? I don’t think so. The weather in the world has changed sooooo much. I’ve been here since 1969, and I expected a HOT summer :sun: …didn’t happen, and now cooler weather, way too soon. I do not have any idea what to expect for winter.

On the WI / IL border this summer has been super WET. Rain every other day, when it should

be the dry season. Then when it don’t rain it’s hot & muggy from all that humidity. Weird summer!

The Old Farmer’s Almanac has a forecast page for fall in the US & Canada. According to their info, our weather will continue to be weird given the El Niño current and overall warming of our atmosphere.

As a 35+ year subscriber to the Almanac, I’ve found their forecasts to be remarkably accurate. When all the online sources predict one kind of weather, the Almanac is usually correct and predicts the opposite. I’m convinced they have a weather witch on staff.

Just a statement-Benjamin Franklin was no “idjit”----He is the fore-father of the Almanac.

No wonder it is so accurate.
