Question? What would be the best and most efficient yet simple or simpler spell or banishing of some sort that I could do to rid a bad person away from someone that they keep hurting mentally and physically and causing issue for children I go by the world of three and harm none I just want them to go away and stay gone instead of causing mental issues for children
I strive to rely on protection spells rather than banishing, when I can. I conjured a spell to provide irresistible opportunities in faraway places. Think it through and conjure your own spell with specific intent, keeping in mind the possibility of unforeseen outcomes. Depending on where the person lives, some places have very good advocacy groups as well. Brightest Blessings!

First of all - If you’re aware that someone is abusing children, 100% report it to the police!
Second of all, what Marcus said. Focusing on protection measures for the children I think is a better first approach.

Ok, so can I just bind this person and keep this person from being around the children.. and the police aren’t going to do anything because she works for them basically she’s in and out of these kids’ lives like it’s nothing stood them up on yule, actually she’s been there for 2 or 3 weeks and then decided that she would just take off she does drugs hard drugs around the children and O’s child support and the father is an enabler and just keeps letting her come back and it’s mentally hurting these kids she doesn’t care about them hasn’t even been around the little girl except for maybe three or four months of her life it’s just not right and it needs to stop

I see. Your situation is kind of similar to another member’s so I’m going to direct you to their topic, you can see some of my thoughts and recommendations.
As far as magick goes, my recommendation is the same as I gave Drew. An addition (or alternative) to the spells I’d call on goddesses that are protectors of children and justice. There’s Freyja, Maat, Green Tara and many others. If you know a different goddess that’s fine those are only suggestions. If speed is your concern Tara is blindingly fast.
I knew a woman in your position a while ago, with the police connection and everything. She was relentless - she still reported them to the chief, then she reported it to the neighboring precinct and eventually the FBI. It took a while, but the person eventually met their justice. Don’t let that police connection stop you, is all I’m saying.
Anyway, that’s my handful of cents. I’m sure others here will have different advice. Cheers.
