Somehow a few years ago I acquired an unwanted animal spirit. I do not want to be Reincarnated though!! I’m not Wiccan or anything else. Like SOS for real. I’m beside myself literally to get rid of this spirit. I want to keep my own spirit and not have it go anywhere too. Ugh.
I’ll tell you how I know, when I sleep, if I sleep on my back I get woken suddenly with my own nose snorting after much lip buzzing, if you know what I mean? How a horse would sneeze! That is what I experience each time I sleep if I don’t lay on my side the lip sneeze happens. I kid you not. It is not a hallucination. I’m awake before it stops. Every single day, unless I don’t lay on my back. In fact it starts and won’t stop until I move and reposition my body. This is not a typical snoring episode. It is totally different than snoring.
Note> After some thought I wonder if its because my mother and all her sisters loved horses?? The so and so girls always love horses! Its a family story even. Yeah. Lol

I had Horse Animal Spirit Guide for years, probably still do, I’ll find out soon as I volunteer at the
local (large) animal shelter. I had horses & donkeys therefore. Why? Autism. Equine Therapy.
Horse is NOT trying to get you reincarnated as a horse or any such thing. It is trying to help you.
The spirit of Horse is special. It came to me to help me, and it’s helped MANY with Autism.

Keep working on your protection everyday and focus on your meditation rituals worshipping God for increasing your protection and anything negative will automatically stop

#1 - Reincarnation doesn’t work that way. If there’s any kind of supernatural element, it’s possible you have a horse familiar or spirit guide that’s showing up. It’s possible you were a horse in a past life though.
#2 - I feel like I’ve seen other people sneeze that way? Humans are weird! lol
#3 - The fact that it consistently only happens on your back makes me think this could also be a neurological reflex or an allergy response. Is your room consistently dusty or is there any mold?
I admit I was super confused before your edit, lol.
Cheers.

Sorry for the confusion. Yeah. My mind wanders when typing I dunno why. lol
Per #3, yes, I have many allergies and mold is my nemesis and we had a leaky roof for years and the ceiling shows it in my room. I cannot even reach it to cleanse but if I try to move all the clutter maybe a ladder would suffice to get me to it, but the very large, tall bookcases are impossible to move, and they aren’t mine so meh. The peeling paint would have to be scrapped off first and I’m just not up to all that labor it would take me weeks to do. Literally, I am not as strong as I once was, I guess, nor as speedy. I’ve been trying to remove clutter and rearrange this room for the last 3-4 years. So, if that tells you how fast I am you’ll see why I feel prohibited to try the ceiling mess! I mainly have this issue in winter fall time weather too when there is more moisture. We’ve had drought conditions for years so thankfully in that sense has reduced and dried up the existing mold. It’s dry but I wonder if its drifting down at times. Dust isn’t my friend either. I’m allergic to nearly everything in the air to some degree, mold could actually kill me through toxic shock reactions. So far all I’m getting is sneezing and one nostril that won’t unplug without nasal spray or antihistamines daily.
Sorry, didn’t mean to go on so much either!! Ack. Thanks for the inputs.
Yes, humans are weird indeed. Haha.

Yeah, protection is mostly all I do magically these days. I actually do not worship anything or deity. I don’t do deities. Maybe I should try. I know a lot about myths and studied mythology in school so maybe I can pick one or two to follow but I’ll never worship anything, that to me is like giving away my power to an alien being. lol sorry I mean no disrespect of course. I can definitely do meditation though. I need to get back to it. Thank you.
Hmm I don’t require any therapies never did being that I was always athletic and not hampered, thankfully, by any brain issues other than migraine headaches. My mother’s sisters and she were all horse lovers so it just fell on me that way. I agree horses are special for so many reasons. I love them regardless of whether they help me in any way. Thanks for the input.

No problem!
Mold is no joke and can be lethal even if there isn’t already an underlying allergy like black mold. I’ve had the misfortune of having black mold exposure when I was a teen. I lived in an old house with it in the carpeting for about 3 months. It f**ked me up so bad it took a year to get out of my system after I got out of the house. It can lead to brain damage as well over time. I really suggest looking into a mold removal service - because it’s dangerous for someone with a sensitivity (or not) to attempt to remove black mold themselves.
Hope things get better there! It sounds like we have it pretty much figured out lol.
( Also I cracked up at reading your alien power comment. Deities don’t do anything to your power. They’re not overpowering like the abrahamic god. Most of them can be quite chill lmao. )

Yeah, lol, the Xtian god shall be avoided at all costs! Tried it when I was young and later when invited by relatives but that was a big mistake for real. They only invited me to punish me I found out or they didn’t care about my outcomes in the least almost like they knew it would F me up. Yikes. I’m just going by the original definition of worship meant to bow down as a slave to an alien entity. I forget where the definition was found though. Oops. Old research I did that has since been lost in the last 25 years or so. Unfortunately I dont’ have $500 plus dollars to throw at any cleanups. Nope.
When I was a child, I had already decided to be pagan. I lived next door to a pagan family, so I learned about that early on like actually from the age of 2-3 and by the time I was 5 I made my choice. MY grandma was Catholic and my mothers side Protestant. Ugh. lol I chose mothers side when pressed to choose in my pre teens but again, big mistake to switch out just to avoid family pressure.
Glad it gave you a chuckle I figured you wouldn’t get what I meant really. Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, I never had the honor of being approached since I moved around too much to stay in one place long enough partly but the other was just chaos and me not understanding beyond basic ideas while young enough. I hear tell they don’t like to approach you once your “too old”. Meh. C’est le vie!!
