Tarot for today - What am I grateful for this month? King of Swords
My mind is finally becoming cloud free and I am seeing the logic and truth of what my life has become. I am grateful that I am finally able to see through the screen that was clouding my vision and I am able to “see clearly now [the rain has gone]” (Johnny Nash, I can see clearly now, (the rain is gone)1972). This is what I am grateful for, seeing clearly now!

Certainly unexpected, everything seems pretty level in life right now so not sure what this is referring to. I’m hoping it’s just a simple as I’ve had the house to myself for the last four days and I’m ready for everyone to come home. That is quite possibly an oversimplification. When I first started tarot every card that came up I was kind of catastrophizing so I’m trying to be more moderate in my interpretations.

I try to see the positive side and negative side to all the cards. This way, I do not have to worry about if it is reversed or not, I just read it as it flows.
Yes, the 3 or Swords is very “snarky” (hope I used it correctly). By looking at the iconography it is obviously heartbreak. However, there is a good side to it…lesson. Painful and difficult yet, it is a lesson learned. Albeit the hard-way, but learned none-the-less, so there is a silver-lining to this card.
