Spiritual Beings - my Love

Spiritual Beings - my Love. What is this eternal Love that does not depend on circumstances and temporality. What a person feels when he wakes up in the morning as a rush of tenderness, while inhaling his first breath of morning air, the first sip of water, the sip of the first morning coffee.
And of course the look at the Altar where the Spiritual Beings always await him. The dream I dreamed and the beginning of the day merge into one Reality in which the Spiritual Beings are the visible Eternal Astral Presence of the Gods.
And if they are our connection with the Gods. Then our Path is the Path of Love.
No one has ever seen the Gods and will never see them. But they Incarnate from Love. Everywhere and in all possibilities. These Gods are Absolute Spiritual Beings. The Pure Untouched Love of Creation which they allow but do not realize independently but with the manifesting beings.
Spiritual Beings are our connection with the Gods.
They are eternal and appeared because of the Love of the Gods.
I have altars at home.
But there is one Eternal Altar that is the giver of home Altars. Nature.
Do you love Nature? That is the question.
I wish you health and beauty, happy days.

For me Nature is the result of The Divine Feminine. I call Her by the name ELAT.

(With EL is ELOHIM)

The masculine and feminine principles in the Gods are in absolute unity. This does not force your freedom to accept the feminine principle. But what you accept will not be complete.
I have encountered this word Elohim in the Bible, a truly fake book that forged ancient papyri from Egypt, Persia, Assyria, Babylon and Greece.
Of course, your personal attitude is not measured by a certain doctrine.
The important thing is whether you love Nature.
I see that you love Nature.
Be happy with it.
I wish you health and beauty.

You can actually sit in full lotus pretty safely if you work up to it gradually.

As I understand it, there are benefits to sitting in full lotus, even if you don’t do it for the full length of your sitting.

For women, it’s recommended to sit in half-lotus for most of the time, especially if you’re sitting outdoors. (Don’t ask why.)

Cheers.

Hello, thank you for your letter.
If you have been standing in the Lotus Pose for a long time for Meditation, you will notice numbness in your feet, which then have difficulty restoring their normal physiology. The problem is that this numbness over time turns into numbness in the feet. This is one of the first symptoms of aging of the body.
Try to sit in the Lotus Pose. At the very least, it is uncomfortable.
Try to sit on a small stool and you will feel comfortable.
What I want to say is that the Lotus Pose is uncomfortable for Meditation, even though it is very widely used. Tibetan lamas also use
The first phase in any Meditation is the Comfort Phase. Feel comfortable and then continue with the Meditation. A person can be lying down, standing, or sitting. The feeling of Comfort is decisive.
I wish you health!

Indeed, comfort is key. I do not recommend full lotus for the full sitting. Some are able to, some aren’t. It’s not terribly important in the long run.

Some say there are unique energetic benefits to the full lotus even if it’s just held for a few minutes. Rather like the benefits of holding other mudras for a few minutes. That’s why 99% of all Buddhist and Hindu deity statues are in the full lotus position. I know there are Mahayana/Vajrayana authoritative sources that speak about this though tbh to be honest I don’t remember which it was.

Walking meditation is also good if you’re prone to falling asleep lol.

Cheers Tihomir. :victory_hand:t2:

Inquiring minds want to know! LOL

I can’t sit in either pose, I broke my hip ( a dumb fall ) taking care of my horses and now I can’t.

No bikes, no show jumping (or even trotting) but maybe a nice short trail ride.

IS there any other pose for meditation you can recommend? Other than laying down (ZZzzzz…)

It’s going to make you want to hurl, but I could PM it to you if you’re really dying to know lol.

Oh no, sorry to hear about your hip! By far the easiest option on the body is to sit in a chair, scooched forward, not with your back against the support (or you’ll risk getting too comfy and falling asleep). I think that’d be the best option for you.

I can’t meditate lying down for that same reason lol. Gotta find that happy middle ground between comfort and being asleep. :joy:

Hello, I am glad to write to you.
I wrote down that standing in Zazen - Lotus pose is harmful and why.
There is one criterion and it is the first phase of every Meditation. Convenience. I think that there is no mandatory posture, and different days can give rise to different postures of Meditation.
Here is the Freedom of the Right Choice.
I wish you pleasant days and nights with Meditation.
I wish you health!

Respected WrenTalbot,
I think that the delusion that appeared in Asia is precisely from the Meditative Buddhas. A person cannot achieve this state, but why are they shown then. These Meditative Buddhas express a certain Spiritual State: Essence, Giving, Well-being, Meditation, Fearlessness, Happiness.
They are Spiritually expressed and mathematically absolutely accurate. We can Meditate with them but we cannot repeat them because of our human nature.
Hence the mistake - to repeat something mechanically that is impossible.
In ancient Asia, the military leaders put the captured soldiers in this pose. After 3 days they simply could not walk.
So the Freedom of the right choice is for us.
I wish you happiness!
Health and Love!

Greetings Tihomir,

To call it a delusion is much too strong a word. That’s being disrespectful to the Lamas and other masters in my tradition. I see where you are coming from with the symbolism, and I agreed with you earlier in part. We would’ve been fine if you left it at that but you lost me by your use of this word. Clearly it’s not “impossible” because some practitioners are able to do it!

The right choice may not always be so cut and dry. What’s right for you may not be right for someone else. That may have been why the gods delivered you that message.

(I’m sure the Asian captives couldn’t because you’re not supposed to jump into that position from the start! You work up to it by training the body and performing regular stretching. You’re also not supposed to hold that position for hours at a time without moving, which I’m sure the military leaders using it as a torture method forbade their captives from doing!)

Cheers. :lotus:

Dear WrenTalbot
I use the word delusion regarding the impossibility of a person becoming a Meditative Buddha. For example, Buddha Amitabha.
The path is not in the Lotus position but in the Buddha as a Person representing the Middle Way.
I love Buddha very much and follow the Path of Buddha which confirms the Path of the Gods.
If a person stands in this position for more than 10 minutes the result is numbness in the legs. Buddha does not say stand in the Lotus position in the Four Noble Truths he speaks of liberation from suffering. If your legs are numb that is suffering.
I am a follower of Buddha. I love Buddha.
If you have been offended, forgive me.
I wish you health!
