Hello everyone. Lately, I’ve been praying and speaking to The Goddess Hecate for insight on what I must do to get out of a rut I’ve been in since February. While her words are helpful in the sense of encouragement, I do still feel lost in a way. Does anyone here have any recommendations for a spell/ritual I could do to help me gain the insight and clarity I need?

This quick spell is distinctly on the Wiccan side of things, that’s due to my training, but it only requires you, a candle (white for clarity, if possible) and a pen and paper. Do feel free to modify as you see fit and I hope it helps. Let me know, I’m kind of excited to find out

Sit in quiet, meditation focusing on your intention to gain insight. Write down the specific question or area of your life that you would like answered/clarified. Be as clear and specific in your words as possible.
Hold the paper between palms and visualize a clear, winding path appearing before you. Say these words aloud or in your mind as you see the path unwind as the distance comes closer
“Hekate! Lady of Night, grant me sight,
Illuminate my mind with your clear light.
Show me the path I’m meant to tread,
A guiding truth to be led.”
Open your eyes and gaze into the candle flame. As you watch the flame dance, allow your mind to be still. Don’t force an answer. Simply be open to any thoughts, images, or feelings that arise. The answer may come in a flash of intuition, a smell, a memory, or a new perspective.
When you feel you have received some insight (even if it seems small at this point) put the paper down and hold your hands over the flame, just close enough to feel the warmth and energy of Fire – the element of Will. To affirm and acknowledge the guidance offered:
“With this flame, I now ignite,
My courage strong, my spirit bright.
To walk the path I’ve come to know,
And in this truth, I’ll surely grow.”
Let the candle burn down in a safe spot. Keep the paper, journal the guidance you felt and revisit your entry in the future as more omens, signs and opportunities arise.
The Power comes from your focused intention, you may wish to raise power in your own way as well. Be open to receiving the guidance in unexpected ways and trust yourself to take the necessary steps forward.

I LOVE knot-spells! When I need something quickly, I use the knots. Any cord will do. To make it easy, I make 3 knots. First one in the middle, 2nd at one end, 3rd at other end. I write all my own spells but have used some examples to create mine, so feel free to adjust what I will write here.
In your situation, I probably would say….as I tie knot 1….Lady Hecate, bind what is blocking me….with knot 2….with this knot it will leave me be….with knot 3…when this knot is released; I WILL be free. Then put it under your pillow and sleep on it for 3 days. (in your pillow case, under your pillow, I put it between the mattress at my head level). Then, almost the same of what you said as you untie…so example…..Untie knot 1….Lady Hecate, I thank You….untie knot 2…this knot I undo….untie knot 3…your help has been TRUE. That’s it. Why did I use the past tense? You do a spell as if it has already happened. (because it did, you KNOW the power of your magic). It HAS already happened, maybe just not quite fully manifested itself.
I have done this 3 times in the past year and have seen immediate results!!!
