Hiya, I am Lainee, born and raised pagan but didnt realise as our family never used the ‘W’ word (my parents and grandparents were a lot older than my friends parents, so they were still worried about being ‘outed’ even though the UK witchcraft laws had been repealed in 1953) we always claimed to be superstitious if anyone asked why we did this or that, that other families didn’t do. I had belonged to another online forum, but after being away from it for six months due to illness, when I next tried to log in I found it had all changed and to return to the forum I would have to pay a large, eye-watering, fee! I stumbled across The Pagan Grimoire whilst looking for some inspiration for a self love spell jar, as I’ve been asked to guide a local women’s self care group in a mini ritual for valentine’s day. I’ve made plenty of spell jars in the past, purely for myself, but having to write a spell, for 20 women, and guide them through putting their spell jars together, all within a 2 hour time frame, has left me a little bewildered!! Anyways, it’s nice to meet you all, and I hope to get to know you a little better as time moves on. Take care of yourselves, and of each other x
