I’m sorry to say but, that isn’t how magik works. You can’t use it to shapeshift into the opposite gender/other creature, or manipulate it to conjure up fire or lightning.
I wish you the best in your transition but as it stands, that isn’t a thing. You’ll have to go through with the medical treatments for that.

You seem to have a mis-conception of matic. Keep working on yourself and what makes you feel good. Say your devotionals; and eventually the Cosmos will answer your question. Remember, it may not quite be the answer we were looking for or in a way in which we expected.
Love that name by the way, so many ways to interpret it. While you may, and frequently will, find replies here that are straight to the point with no candy coating, I sincerely don’t think you will ever be ridiculed. Besides that, there is absolutely nothing silly about exploring every option to achieve a sense of personal fulfillment. Strive to maintain an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures as you pursue your goals.
I realize your question has already been answered by the others, but I do want to add that there certainly can be self-love rituals and spellwork that could help tremendously for you going through this time. I’d extend this to others going through dysphoria too.
Also seek out goddesses that may support you. There are also as energetically charged frequencies you can listen to as sound therapy/meditation to get in touch with divine femininity. Since male and female energies exist within all of us, you can learn to tap into what you already have.
