One of my favourite daily rituals is to drink a small chalice of sun water in the evening and a small chalice of moon water each morning. Do you drink moon and sun water?

I like the ritual! Haven’t tried myself.. what crosses your mind when you drink either or. Curious to know how the world interacts with you.

How do you make sun water?
Hi. When I drink moon water in the morning my intention is to balance the energy of the Sun within me, and vice versa in the evening with the Sun water. I have a lot of anxiety and am, in truth, quite chaotic. I find my ritual brings me calm and balance.

Do you ever smudge the water? If so I’d be interested to know the mixture and purpose.
I’m partial to rosemary( my favorite flower & fragrance).
I add it to to tobacco or smoke on its own from time to time. I make a point of smoking it in the same environment where I find it. Seems to help me connect more completely to the local biosphere. Hence experimenting with this dynamic in liquid form, taking from & adapting to your practice hopefully will help with the same intention.

Actually, I do. I have for the last 15 months. I fill a jar and bless it by the water and moon goddesses asking that when I drink it in the morning, it will help restore my ***** (rather not say). Then place it on a window sill overnight. (I do not do New Moon or eclipse) Oh, I put a moonstone in the moon water. In the morning, I pour it in my water bottle, again blessing my ladies. Then I refill the jar with water and an amethyst stone, asking Brigid to bless the water with her sunbeams, so that when I drink the water, Danu will use it to help repair the synapses in my brain (TBI, for those who did not know my story….long one, but that’s the short of it Traumatic Brain Injury). I put that on the windowsill for the day time. Bring it in at night, thank the ladies…and do it again. I do not make water at New Moons or Solar or Lunar Eclipse. After only about 4 months, people started commenting on how much better I was looking.
Who knew? The only difference was my spiritual path and the waters. So, I suggest everyone do it!!
