Just some good news. Came back from the doctor (because of health issues, every 3 months, blood work…) lowest blood pressure in DECADES!!! my LDL was down to normal….I only take thyroid med and heart med….refuse anything else…if it’s my time, well…..
So Doctor asks what have I been doing? I just told him, only taking the multi-vitamins that were “free” from the Humana site with my SSDI Medicare. What I did not say was the only other difference has been my craft daily practice of the last year. Even at my weekly bingo, I’ve had people telling me how different I look over the last 6 months. I also make daily sun and moon water and drink it daily. So, great health news, and only 2 differences….multivitamins (which I’ve used before, to no advantage) and my adherence to my magickal craft. Well…Interesting…

Congratulations on your health news, may it continue to improve.
Mine is still way too high, but getting better. My line of work doesn’t help one bit though. My cat is helping though. I call her my ‘therapy cat’ as being with her lessens my stress levels.

I’m needing to look into Moon Water, how do you make it? (Want your recipe, not what google says)
Right now, I’m mostly using Alkaline Water, for my acidic problems. But, also to try to minimize Fluoride. (from city water, a new problem, had my own well for the last 10 years.)

Here in Vegas we ran out of ground water around the 1990’s and they recycle the waste water, put it in Lake Mead, then filter it again, and use it for our water. Sorry, bathing in ****water is bad enough, I’m NOT gonna drink it. I love FIJI water, but expensive to buy for a house of 5 adult (4 men) so we buy Crystal Geyser. Anywhooooo, I use a med. size pickle jar (about 16 oz.). I put my stone in, fill it up, and right before I place it on the window sill (to absorb the sun or moon) I “bless” my water. I use an amethyst for the sun and a moonstone for the moon. I will give you my spell with my diety names. Danu, thank-you for your water, Brigid, please put your beautiful and strong sun beams in my water, so that Tiamat can use it to heal the synapses in my brain. For the night water, Danu, thank-you for the water, Hanwi, please send your magnificent moon beams so that when I drink this Tiamat can use it to repair my liver. I say “namaste” at the end of each blessing. It is that simple. I’ve been doing it for over a year, and as you saw, the last Dr. visit was incredible!!
