I have a long history of extraordinary dreams (and occasionally waking visions) too - precognitive ones from toddler age, extended memories and experiences in places I should’ve never been to in this life, etc. etc…

There are numerous different kinds of dreams. Some may be messages from ancestors, past lives, deities and spirits. Some that are of places we’ve never been to could actually not be dreams, rather astral travel. And then there’s lucid dreams. Those are truly powerful as they enable you to access hidden parts of yourself that you may not be able to reach when awake.
