Does anyone else get a "supernatural high" sometimes?

Hello! Jasper here!

I noticed that when I do a tarot reading, afterward I get a “supernatural high” is the best way to describe it. It feels like I’m floating, I’m super connected to the universe, and I feel really happy. If I try to do another tarot reading during this, it will not make any sense, and I will crash down and feel terrible until the next day or so.
Does anyone else get this feeling? Is it me overextending myself or something?

You may want to work on grounding. It sounds like excess energy. I suggest wearing grounding stones and employing visual techniques after you do a reading to push that excess energy out. I personally like to envision it as an energetic wave that pushes down from my head and through my feet into the ground. Also literal grounding by walking barefoot on the earth helps. :trident_emblem:
