Hello! Jasper here!
I noticed that when I do a tarot reading, afterward I get a “supernatural high” is the best way to describe it. It feels like I’m floating, I’m super connected to the universe, and I feel really happy. If I try to do another tarot reading during this, it will not make any sense, and I will crash down and feel terrible until the next day or so.
Does anyone else get this feeling? Is it me overextending myself or something?

You may want to work on grounding. It sounds like excess energy. I suggest wearing grounding stones and employing visual techniques after you do a reading to push that excess energy out. I personally like to envision it as an energetic wave that pushes down from my head and through my feet into the ground. Also literal grounding by walking barefoot on the earth helps. 
Is this too old to comment on? 
I don’t know, but yesterday I felt what it must be like to use a defibrillator right in the center of my chest. Lots of grounding thank to advice on here.

That was me teasing and being sarcastic, that’s my humor, I do dabble in irony. Maybe it’s a Spectrum side of me that thinks everybody will get that automatically but I meant no offense. I appreciate you schooling me on these things.

I wish there was like a sarcasm font or a sarcasm emoji. I used to think the 
was to imply that you were being cheeky and sarcastic and then I learned I was unintentionally hitting on people so now I can’t use it… 
Only had something like that happen to me onc3, but ever since I can maintain a connection to the spiritual realm without any issues. Unless you count symbols like the pentacle on your hands being a downside.
