This is one of my favorite recipes for Mabon. I often struggle to figure out what I want the main dish to be but the dessert is a no-brainer. LOL Super easy to make, and tastes amazing.
Ingredients:
Spice cake mix
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 & grease a 13x9 pan.
Use an electric mixer to mix all three ingredients together. Note: Do NOT make the cake according to the directions on the package. Only use these 3 ingredients.
spread into the greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. (check doneness with toothpick)
Frost with vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
Store covered in the fridge!
