I am used to just baking an apple pie and adding some seasonal decorations to the altar. What do you recommend to do to celebrate the holiday?

Hi KitchenWitch! Your baking and seasonal decoration sound great. I’ve reached that point in life where less is more. Whatever soothes your spirit and makes you happy is perfect. I treat myself to new candles for the holidays. Etsy has become my go-to place. The prices and products are great. I enjoy helping to support small businesses. My faves are DruidsTemple and TheSistersArtsLLC. I don’t know if citing specific vendors here is inappropriate. I sincerely apologize if it is and I won’t do it again. Both vendors are lovely and they always send personalized notes with their shipments. As a solitary practioner I feel more connected by ordering from them and their products make my celebration a bit brighter. I hope this helps.
