Well, he might still have a spiritual connection to YOU even tho you don’t feel one with HIM.
So, of course the spell energy would go where there’s a ‘path’ already. Think lightning!

It’s also possible that that spiritual cord you still have with him is just being “aggravated” by the spell indirectly - he’s not fully moved on, so if he’s feeling new love being drawn to you from the spell, he’s possibly picking up on it and is feeling threatened by it.
Cord-cutting rituals are highly effective - but fair warning, can be difficult to go through if there’s any residual energy left behind. It might piss him off more temporarily, but that will only be because his soul wants closure. If you stay firm with your intentions though, it will release your connection with him for good. 
Edit: Yes, be kind to him through the process… he’s acting this way because he’s hurting.

Well, if he’s at all reasonable, you can try to settle things straight with him IRL as well.
My Ex and me, were friends now, maybe you two can be too eventually. Or at least OK.

Oh, he is acting kind of crazy. And it seems to aggravate him when I ignore him when he’s spelling off obscenities. Which is weird because I’ve known in my whole life and I don’t ever remember him being this volatile but I mean people change when they get older too, I found the incantation.

Ehhh… yeah that wording seems too vague.
I’d want to undo the spell personally.
[Edit] Then a cleansing.
Then do a cord-cutting.
[Edit] Then another cleansing.
Then maybe after, do a new attraction spell with more specific wording. (If you wanted to keep trying.)
That’s my take, anyway.

I’d do a cleansing before AND after the cord-cutting. Might seem like overkill, but you can’t be too careful in my book lol. I’d especially do that if she does the reversal and the cutting on different days. Edited my reply to include those.

Very interesting…Maybe you did not “direct” the spell? So that it adhered to the past love? I do not know about undoing a spell, but I believe that you are able to correct/rechannel the energies.
Make the spell again but more specific…such as this case…asking for a love interest, but maybe state, that it needs to be someone NEW…or maybe, even though it does not seem right, now…maybe that IS your love prospect? Just some thought floating around.

You could try a forget spell.
Ask the universe to have those that intend you harm to forget about you.
It isn’t directed at anyone and is open enough that it might have a wider effect too.
I would include phrases such as ‘those that send abusing messages’ or ‘those that swear excessively towards me’ and so on.
Pick the colour candle(s) that will assist and wrote down the phrases, tie them in a cotton thread of a matching colour and burn the note in the candle to release the spell.

@Red_Fox @WrenTalbot That sounds like a good idea, but I think I’m gonna do a cleansing then cutting cord, and I want to redo the ritual to find love and like you said be more specific and then down below I wanna do the candle ritual and then I wanna do the candle spell below the forget spell I’ll do it in that order tomorrow morning. Thank you everybody for all of your advice. I appreciate it so much. You just don’t know.

You should wait roughly a month and a half to two and a half months before casting another love spell. With love work in particular, if there’s any person still has some love for you, the spell can draw them back into your life. It doesn’t matter what the intention of the spell is. If the love is there, and it is true, it’ll go back.
And yes, you can undo spells so they’re no longer active. You can also pause a working by containing it, so the spell remains intact, but its effects are frozen until you remove the containment, at which point it can resume functioning normally.

I was going to just do a cord cutting spell, but then someone mentioned a freezer spell. So I looked it up and decided that’s what I wanted to do, a freezer spell to bind someone’s anger at me. One of the reasons is that I have blocked him from my social media, he comes up with new names and he can somewhat see. I’m a musician and so my page is not battened down, people, bars managers, etc need to be able to find me, which means I have to be fairly lean on my social media, and he knows this. After I researched many of these spells I went with one freezer spell that binds him from saying bad things about me and stalking me. So far so good. I have not heard not one peep, or saw some strange name come across my social medial of someone with no friends, or had one phone call, or text. Previously did a banishing spell and I feel like it worked and went very well, this evening I want to do a protection spell. I wanted to thank everyone for their help and input.
