Hello my coven companions, I am new to the coven and am doing some personal research about cryptids and magical beings and I am trying to find out what beings would follow vampires and what beings would have conflict with them. if you know please let me know I would be verry great full.

An interesting question…
Though not technically cryptids, some demons might work together with vampires. I imagine there are lists of other vampiric creatures that might get along. That part of your question is hard for me to answer.
Werewolves have interesting history with vampires. In certain parts of the world there are legendary hybrids that might’ve gotten along. Most modern lore depicts them as enemies, but in the past they were sometimes seen as allies.
I’m also familiar with dhampir (half-vampires). They’re most famously known to be vampire hunters, both historically and in modern lore.
Those are the two I’m most familiar with.
Now I want to go play Castlevania.

I can’t offer anything on the topic other than that found in the popular culture. I had a friend in Hawai’i who was a professing vampire, dressed goth, dark eyeliner, and such, but our conversations never got around to what being a vampire entailed. She did however come out in the day.
What I warn against are the emotional vampires whose negativity sucks the life out of everyone around them. A therapist told me years ago that one can only help a person so much and then must accept that some people just like wallowing in 
, and your only real choice is to walk away or get dragged in.
