I have been meditating to connect with my inner-self, energies, and potential spirits in my space. Today’s meditation was relaxing, and I saw some peculiar things. I saw blooms of deep purple and bursts of gold, along with silhouettes of birds flying around me. I am unsure what this means, but I felt very rejuvenated afterwards.

I’m not sure what it means, but looking at the symbolism it looks pretty good/awesome.
Purple was the color worn by Roman Senators and used as color for Royalty since it was arduous to obtain.
Gold…I think kinda says it’s own thing, beautiful, revered, and don’t forget shiny
Then the birds; movement all around you, not sure, but sounds good, they were surrounding you, kind of like protection.

Interesting meditation visual you had there. If I had to guess, the birds represent you soaring to new heights in your spiritual journey. Purple can either represent royalty or protection. And since you say you made your own protection rune, that could play a role into it. Gold can represent spiritual purity so you probably have a pure soul.
