I know what you mean. We keep at least 6 or 12 heads on hand at all times. Lots of Asian, Latin, and Italian recipes cooking here. My daughter is a personal chef so we eat pretty well when she’s not too tuckered out. Otherwise, it’s just me so I use that stinking rose as much as I desire!
