Is anyone here able to provide me with my birth chart? I’m not experienced enough to do it myself at this time. If so, what information do you need, etc.?

Astro.com or Astro-Seek.com will both create a birth chart for you for free. You will need to register for an account and need to know: your birth date, birth time, and the city/town in which you were born. Fill in that info and it will create a chart. Interpretation of the placements and aspects are provided below the chart at Astro-Seek, not sure about astro.com.
If you do not know what time you were born, your chart will be far less accurate but can be done using 12:00 Noon as your time of birth.
