The Zeus bit makes me think of a similar skit I saw that made me laugh my [censored] off… though it was with Hindu gods instead. 
My immediate impulsive thought when my altar candle flickers is “who’s calling me!?” lol.
Yes I see candles like communication devices and that makes me perfectly normal. xD
(But all too often it is a spirit trying to get my attention so that association isn’t totally unfounded lol.)

I performed a banishing/burn spell Wednesday morning, and the candle went out when I finished the spell and no wind. That told me that the problem is being taken care of.
Well that’s interesting!
Candles are a lot of fun to study. I’ve had a lot of interesting events with my candles. I usually don’t have windows open while I’m using my altar so any possible drafts affecting the flame are very slim.
Yet I’ll see stuff like popping and crackling, flickering, the flame growing/shrinking with auspicious timing, and some very interesting things the smoke will do after I snuff it out.
Reading candles is a real art form lol.
Yeah… even for how open I am in other places, I wouldn’t do that either. Too many variables for that to backfire very badly. lol
Realized two things today:
- I need to post more rare memes.
- This topic is at a severe deficit of gay!
Time to fix that.
