Need a little help here. I was reading my grandmothers grimoire, and discovered a page with pomegranate ink all over it (she used this to write things down.) It was on something about when your eyes twitch or ears ring. Of course it was the one thing I needed to know for my niece. ---

Involuntary contractions of your muscles usually has something to do with your brain or nerves. I noticed occasionally my jaw involuntary bites down every here and there as if I were biting someone. I cannot explain it. If a grimoire is eliciting a reaction where your eyes twitch, maybe there’s a curse laid upon it, or your intuition is trying to tell you something. I’m not that far on my journey into magic yet, so please take what I say with a grain of salt. ---

Generally eye twitches and muscle twitches and cramps indicate a lack of magnesium, or possibly your magnesium/calcium balance is off ---

Or electrolytes in general. Except sodium lots of that in food. I take Magnesium and Zinc supplements in the evening, helps with sleep too. But do your own research YMMV. ---

are you on any adhd stimulants? when I took them, I had several face tics…that could have smth to do w/ it idk tho.. ---

there’s a Chinese saying: 左眼跳财，右眼跳灾。 if your left eye twitches then you might get more money, but if it’s your right eye then you might be unlucky for a while​🤔 _ **but i found this not so accurate.** _ ---
