Hello, I’m Haley.
I’ve been practicing on and off for a few years. I find myself always waxing and waning in dedication, which I find it similar to any religion/spiritual practice.
Like a lot of people, I feel most connected spiritual this time of year, and almost always set goals for the new year to focus more on my spirituality. But life always seems to get in the way, the wheel turns, and I’m back here again.
Here is to a new year of celebration and connection to the world around me
