This bread is so moist, it’s more like cake… and who can object to cake in the morning! From [Tastes Better from Scratch](https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/cranberry-orange-bread/), this is one of my favorite recipes and perfect for autumn or winter days. (Recipe is in the link)

Note: I use dried cranberries which I use in many winter baked goods and foods.
