I’m not sure if a spell can help. Maybe just try talking to the roommate about leaving or increase the rent for the roommate to pay. ---

And be very careful with such a spell, as it could cause both of you to be forced to leave if it is not worded correctly. ---

I think it would just be best to sit down with them and talk about it, be straight forward that you want them to leave. A spell won’t make this happen over night, you can prepare for it and manifest that happening though, but like the others have said be careful with that. ---

What is his relationship with you? Much hinges on that; family? friend? Make it clear that he’s got to find somewhere to live, this is temporary. Talk with the step-son if you can? See how he can get back where he was. Look for a social worker for him? > The rent is already set IDK what this means.
